In FY26, RFM replaced or upgraded four systems across human resources, payroll, safety (incorporating learning and development) and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculation, each reducing manual data handling and increasing transparency to give managers more timely and reliable information. RFM's digital safety platform provides workers with a streamlined, user-friendly mobile application that can be used offline where mobile service is unavailable, allowing safety tasks to be completed where the work is done and supporting more timely and accurate reporting, better visibility of safety information and more efficient workflows across sites.
Also in FY26, RFM introduced an integrated learning and development platform supporting more structured and consistent training delivery, with customised training modules, online assessments and enhanced reporting that strengthen compliance management and provide clearer insights into workforce capability. GHG emissions reporting has likewise improved, with calculations now largely produced using activity data drawn directly from the business's financial system, in a form that supports mandatory climate-related financial disclosure requirements.
