Update on Product Ruling for the Great Southern 2007 and 2008 Almond Income Projects

RFM confirms that it has applied for a Product Ruling for the Great Southern 2007 and 2008 Almond Income Projects.

The ATO was first approached about the new structure in August 2009 and thus they are aware of the proposed changes to the Projects including changes to the fee structure and documents including the Lease and the Licence and Management Agreement and the transfer of Growers from Yilgah to Mooral. No major issues have been raised by the ATO.

Following RFM's formal application for a Product Ruling, the ATO has requested further detail but nothing of particular substance or of a structural nature.

We will keep you informed of our progress towards attaining a Product Ruling.
