Off-Market Transfers

All RFM funds are currently registered in the ACT and as such are no longer subject to Stamp Duty assessment.

Since 1 July 2010, the ACT Revenue Office no longer assesses Stamp Duty on units or shares in Unlisted Companies or Unit Trusts.

To conduct an Off-Market Transfer, please refer to the following forms:

Transfer Instructions, Off-Market Transfer Form and New Investor (Transfer) Form

Please note that all Off-Market Transfers signed on or before 30 June 2010 will still be subject to Stamp Duty Assessment by the ACT Revenue Office. Please contact Investor Services for the appropriate forms and instructions if your transfer was signed prior to 1 July 2010.

Viewing PDF documents

Files in Portable Document Format (PDF) are viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe has FREE Acrobat Reader software available to download for Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 3.1, Macintosh, LINUX, IBM AIX, Sun SPARC SunOS, Sun SPARC Solaris, SGI IRIX, HP-UX, OS2, and DOS systems.

You may need to change the settings on your computer so that Acrobat Reader is an external viewer or "Helper Application."
